There will be a concert tonight at the Hesston MB Church.

The doors open at 6:00 and it is free

Donations will be accepted and all the money goes to the homeless shelter in Newton.

Blast

The blessing of warm weather has been appreciated the last few BLAST Wednesdays. This day of good weather yielded an obstacle course during Team Building session. Even some of the volunteers got a taste of the lesson... cheer on your team, even if they are not as fast as you!

Missions Sunday

March 8 was the second Sunday of the month and that means a "Missions Moment" as part of the regular service. Barb Sandell was here from Thailand where she has served with her husband since 1983.


Service ended with some kiddos helping out with a praise to the Lord... with song and tambourines.



A potluck lunch followed, to honor Barb and their work in His name. $1027 was raised for her plane ticket back to Mae Sot, Thailand. So we came, ate and gave all for Jesus!

BLAST is a blast!

“Oh I’m so happy to be at BLAST today!” sings and dances the children.


Learning Bible lessons, making cards, and reciting verses…all such fun id concluded with some balloon volleyball in the sanctuary.


As a special treat one of the volunteers brought take-home snacks for the children that included a yummy apple to be enjoyed…as pictured here.

Join us for our weekly playdate! Visit with other moms, get to know some new ladies in our church, and let the kids play with others in a safe environment.

This week we're meeting at Beki H.'s house, Wednesday 10:00am to noon. 283-0984 for directions.

As the weather warms up we may start meeting at a park.

Bring a stroller if you want because sometimes we go out for walks around the neighborhood.
